Facilities and Curriculum
Classrooms and lab for instruction;
Grade 9 exposes students to various health related occupations and health sciences.
Grade 10 students are introduced to health care office management, medical terminology and the feeding assistant training program.
Grade 11 students gain experience in the acute care and long term settings in preparation for Certified Nursing Assistant through the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
Grade 12 students are eligible to participate in the Co-Operative education program. Senior year also includes preparation for Home Health Aide, Alzheimer’s, Certification and Direct Care Specialist.

Career Highlights
The demand for well prepared health care workers is great and continues to grow. Community Health students have a wide variety of choices in entry level careers, and with experience and additional education, advance to more skilled positions. Some earn college credit for work completed in high school through the Tech Prep Program
